About the team
Our SDR team is the engine room of revenue. You will work next to AEs in our Pune HQ, learn enterprise selling by osmosis and have a clear 18-month path to a closing role.
What you'll do
- 150+ daily touches across email, LinkedIn and WhatsApp
- Qualify inbound demo requests within 5 minutes
- Maintain pristine CRM hygiene in HubSpot
- Run personalised video prospecting to top accounts
What we're looking for
- 1-3 years SDR/BDR experience in B2B SaaS
- Hunter mindset, comfortable with cold outreach
- Familiar with Apollo, Outreach or similar
Nice to have
- + Past quota attainment of 110%+
- + Hands-on with Clay or LinkedIn Sales Navigator
