Cancel anytime
You may cancel your Alabrish subscription at any time from the dashboard under Settings → Billing → Cancel Plan, or by emailing billing@alabrish.tech from the registered account owner email.
Access after cancellation
When you cancel, your account remains active and fully functional until the end of the current paid billing period. After that, the account moves to a read-only state for 30 days and is then permanently deleted unless you reactivate.
No refunds
Alabrish does not entertain refunds for cancellations. As a SaaS platform we do not refund the unused portion of a subscription, prepaid annual plans, conversation credits or any other charges. Please plan your subscription accordingly. See the full Refund & Dispute Policy.
Annual plans
Annual plans remain billed for the full term. Cancellation stops auto-renewal but does not generate a refund for unused months.
Data export
Before cancellation takes effect you may export contacts, message logs and analytics from the dashboard. Data is permanently deleted after the 30-day read-only window.
