The Alabrish platform is subject to international trade laws, export-control regulations and economic sanctions.
Restricted regions
You may not access or use the Services from, or on behalf of any person located in, embargoed or comprehensively sanctioned jurisdictions as designated by the United Nations, the European Union, the United Kingdom, the United States (OFAC) or the Government of India.
Denied parties
You represent that you and your end-users are not listed on any restricted-party list, including the OFAC SDN list, the EU Consolidated List or equivalent.
Lawful use
You agree not to use the Services for the development, design, manufacture or production of nuclear, missile, chemical or biological weapons, or for any other prohibited end-use.
Reporting
Suspected violations may be reported to compliance@alabrish.tech. Alabrish reserves the right to suspend access without notice to comply with applicable law.
