These Terms govern your access to and use of the Alabrish Technologies SaaS platform. By signing up you agree to these Terms.
Accounts
You are responsible for the security of your account and for all activity that happens under it. Provide accurate business information and keep credentials safe.
Acceptable use
You must comply with the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy, all applicable laws and our Acceptable Use Policy. Spam, fraud, harassment, illegal content and adult content are prohibited.
Subscriptions & billing
Plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Conversation credits are consumed as messages are sent and are non-transferable.
No refunds
All fees are non-refundable. As a SaaS platform we do not entertain refunds for subscription fees or consumed credits. See our Refund & Dispute Policy and Cancellation Policy.
Service availability
We target 99.99% uptime. Enterprise customers receive SLA credits as defined in their order form when this target is missed.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the paid period.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid by you to Alabrish in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru.
