Our role
For customer account data we act as a data controller. For end-user messages and contacts processed through the Services we act as a data processor on your behalf.
Data Processing Addendum
We offer a GDPR-compliant Data Processing Addendum (DPA) including Standard Contractual Clauses. Request a copy at dpa@alabrish.tech.
Lawful basis
We rely on contract performance, legitimate interest and — where required — explicit consent as the lawful basis for processing.
International transfers
EU customer data is hosted in EU regions by default. Cross-border transfers are protected by SCCs and supplementary technical measures.
Your rights under GDPR
- Right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability.
- Right to object to processing and to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
