You will join a tight pod of 3 AEs and 2 SDRs reporting to the VP Sales. Expect a fast, data-driven culture where every deal is reviewed weekly and tooling (Gong, HubSpot, Clay) is best-in-class.
What you'll do
- Generate and close pipeline of $1M+ ARR annually
- Run discovery, demos and commercial negotiations end-to-end
- Partner with Solutions Engineering on technical wins
- Forecast accurately in HubSpot with weekly commit calls
- Build account plans for top 20 logos in territory
What we're looking for
- 5+ years SaaS / CPaaS / martech sales
- Track record of closing $100k+ ACV deals
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Comfortable presenting to C-suite buyers
Nice to have
- + Experience selling to BFSI / retail / D2C
- + MEDDPICC or Command-of-the-Message training
- + Existing network of CMOs / CX leaders
