You will be the trusted advisor to CX and Marketing leaders at the largest banks and retailers in the GCC, owning a $4M+ book of business.
What you'll do
- Drive 120%+ net revenue retention on a $4M book
- Run executive QBRs with VP+ stakeholders
- Identify expansion plays and partner with AEs
- Be the voice of the customer back to product
What we're looking for
- 4+ years enterprise CSM in SaaS / CPaaS
- Arabic & English fluency
- Comfortable owning a quota
Nice to have
- + Background in BFSI or aviation
- + Gainsight / ChurnZero experience
